Shipping Policy

Created with Paper will ship physical products to customers on receipt of payment either on a one time basis or on a subscription basis to members in good standing. Payment is always collected before products are shipped and is processed automatically via credit card payment approximately 5 business days before shipping (for subscriptions), or non-subscription products will ship in 48 hours (business days) or less. The delivery day is dependent upon the shipping address and an estimated date will be provided during the checkout procedure before payment is processed. Created with Paper does not guarantee the estimated receive date provided, it should only be used as a guideline.

A Members - Free Shipping Option will appear for members that are in a good standing that have a monthly subscription. Any additional items that are ordered will be included in the same parcel as their regular shipment at no additional charge. This is one great reason to become a member! Note: This only applies to items added to the regular monthly shipment. If you want the product shipped immediately, the regular shipping rates will apply. You can select this during the checkout process.

Created with Paper ships to Canadian or US destinations using Canada Post. Rates are determined at time of ordering based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the products ordered. In the case of subscription or member products that are billed on a recurring basis the shipping charge may need to be changed from time to time to reflect changes in Canada Post's rates. In the event of a significant change in shipping rates Created with Paper will notify the customer before the new rate is applied.

Wherever possible Created with Paper uses recycled and biodegradable packing materials in order to minimize the environmental impact of our products. Our products are shipped in cardboard boxes with paper packing material. Most cities and municipalities offer curbside or dropoff locations for recycling of cardboard and paper. Check with your local municipal office for details.


Returns and Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted if a product arrives in a damaged state. The customer must notify Created with Paper within 10 business days of receiving a damaged product in order to be eligible for an exchange. The customer may be required to provide proof of damage in the form of a digital photograph. Depending on the extend of the damage the product may be replaced in whole or part or a refund may be issued in whole or part as deemed appropriate by Created with Paper.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless in the case of meeting the conditions stated above for an exchange or if the product is otherwise not as ordered due to an error on the part of Created with Paper.
